Functional Wellness Services

At Integrative Energetics, we offer concierge naturopathic care that’s precise, practical, and easy to follow. We specialize in women’s metabolic health—helping restore energy, clarity, digestion, stress resilience, and body composition through a clear, phase-based plan. Instead of chasing symptoms or stacking random supplements, we use a structured process: stabilize what’s off, rebuild core systems, then optimize. Your plan blends food strategy, timing of meals and sleep, smart movement, targeted nutraceuticals, biofeedback, gentle herbal support, and simple at-home practices—sequenced so you’re never overwhelmed. We track progress with straightforward measures (like body composition and daily rhythms), offer longer visits and proactive follow-ups, and keep pricing transparent by staying insurance-free. We use plain language, collaborate with your primary medical provider when needed, and equip you with guides, recipes, and checklists so you always know the next step.

Initial Office Consultation

This is a high-resolution discovery visit designed to understand how your systems connect—energy, digestion, sleep–wake rhythm, nervous system, and metabolism—so we can see what’s out of sync and why you don’t feel like yourself. We start with your story and targeted questionnaires, then review your health risk assessment, body composition (with attention to lean mass and visceral fat), a nutritional assessment, and select biofeedback to establish baselines. You’ll leave with a concise Executive Brief: top drivers we see, the first 2–4 weeks of actions (food strategy, movement you can recover from, sleep timing, targeted nutraceuticals), and a prioritized lab roadmap for a separate lab day. (No blood draw is performed at this visit; full written plan is delivered at follow-up.)

Follow-Up Consultations

Extended Follow-Up (75–90 min) or Focused Follow-Up (40–50 min) delivers the full written plan and refines it against your data. We translate your results and baselines into a step-by-step health improvement plan with measurable milestones, adjust your nutraceutical strategy, and set cadence for check-ins. We align your next steps with clear criteria, targeted testing, and coordinated communication—so you’re not chasing scattershot protocols.

Lab Services

Lab work is scheduled on a separate day and is guided by clinical purpose, not volume. We recommend testing that meaningfully informs decisions—prioritizing panels tied to your history, symptom patterns, and discovery visit baselines. Results are assessed in context from the functional perspective which is an insightful tool to identify dysfunction and intervene early to avoid negative health outcomes. Where helpful, we pair results with objective baselines to track progress you can see.
