INDIGO Quantum Biofeedback is a non-invasive, relaxation-training system that helps you understand how your body responds to everyday stressors—and then retrains those responses toward balance. Using comfortable sensors, INDIGO receives real-time signals from your body and translates them into easy-to-read visuals and guided training so you can build stress resilience, improve recovery, and support healthy function.
INDIGO sessions are gentle, sensor-based appointments that start with a quick intake and baseline reading, then move into guided breath pacing, focus/relax cycles, and real-time feedback so you can practice returning to center more easily; people choose it to build calm focus, steadier day–night rhythm, and smoother recovery alongside nutrition, movement, and sleep habits, and many report clearer thinking, fewer dips in energy, and easier wind-down after just a few visits (individual experiences vary).
You’ll sit or recline comfortably—no needles or shocks—and we wrap up with simple at-home practices; most clients complete 4–6 sessions, then occasional tune-ups. INDIGO is educational and coaching-oriented—it does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease and isn’t a replacement for medical care—so please maintain care with your primary provider and tell us if you have implanted electrical devices or photosensitive reactions.
