Insurance & Reimbursement (Why We Do It Differently)
We don’t bill insurance—by design. Traditional insurance pays for narrowly defined, “medically necessary” services and steers care through rules like prior auth and plan policies. That works for emergencies, but it often sidelines the longer, personalized work required to rebuild health and prevent relapse.
